Dongming Zhao is the Founder and CEO of Taike Cross-boarder Ecommerce Consulting Ltd, a company helping manufacturers expand into global markets through digital commerce. With over 17 years of experience spanning international finance, investment, and cross-border trade, he brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and operational grit to every challenge.
Dongming holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Leicester and a BA (Hons) in International Business from the University of Central Lancashire. Before establishing Taike Cross-borader Ecommerce, he worked as a fund manager at Yagweideng Fund Management Ltd, where he successfully managed equity and structured products with a total asset size exceeding RMB 150 million, achieving an annual core return of 18%.
In 2020, Dongming founded Taike Ecommerce Consulting with a clear mission: to help small and medium-sized businesses navigate the real-world challenges of global expansion-regulatory barriers, logistical complexity, pricing mismatches, and cultural disconnects. Under his leadership, the company has helped over 1,000 clients generate more than $50 million USD in export revenue, and was rewarded as a “Cross-Border E-commerce Leading Brand” in 2025.

Yujie Liang is the Chief Financial Officer of Taike Ecommerce Consulting Ltd, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, compliance management, and capital planning. With an academic background in Computing and a strong professional foundation in the real estate sector, Yujie combines logical precision with commercial experience to guide the company’s sustainable growth.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computing, which nurtured his structured thinking, data discipline, and ability to solve complex problems with clarity. These analytical strengths proved invaluable during his years in property investment and development, where he managed multi-million-pound portfolios, conducted due diligence, and oversaw project risk assessments.
Yujie is known not just for his financial acumen, but for his sincere approach to working with people. Whether dealing with a supplier, a client, or an internal stakeholder, he listens carefully, communicates clearly, and always prioritises integrity.
